In a time when cost cuts to most all art programs is accepted as the standard, we at The Art Project Foundation believe our nation’s children need our help. It is a fact that the arts teach discipline, cooperation, develop problem solving skills, and increase concentration in our children. Art programs give students a sense of community and motivate attendance to school. In a word, the arts provide hope to many.

 

The mission of The Art Project Foundation is to provide direct support to teachers, students and organizations which directly provide youth participation and education in the Arts whether visual, performing, or literary.

 

The goal of The Art Project Foundation is to enhance and expand participation of students in the Arts, be it at home, in school or through community involvement by increasing opportunity where existing programs fall short.

 

While the community´s needs are great, our formula for success is simple: putting the resources directly in the hands of those who need them makes The Art Project Foundation´s support effective immediately and efficient.
